Liqueurs Graniers

Established in 2015, Liqueurs Granier was formed with the aim of creating delicious, balanced, and original digestifs. After a long period of research and sampling, Vincent Granier came up with the idea of producing his own organic, handmade liqueurs to serve at his wine bar in Annecy. So, he set out to learn the trade, becoming a distiller and learning the finer details of infusion and maceration times, optimum quantities of ingredients, and how light and oxygen affect the final products. In 2019, Vincent’s older brother, Stéphane, a former professional basketball player and liqueur enthusiast, joined the adventure. Artisanal and organic values lie at the heart of the Granier brothers, and all of their products result from careful, organic farming. From the production of the base distillates, the selection and preparation of botanicals, and the supervision of the macerations, all steps of the process are carried out by hand, including bottling, labeling, and sealing with wax. The base of the liqueurs comes from 100% organic wheat, pure spring water from the Boubioz spring in Lake Annecy, and organic sugar produced in the Vosges and the Palatine Forest in Germany. The result is a set of delicate, complex, and refreshing liqueurs for wine lovers.
